To fulfill its Charter the BBC is charged with offering "a range and
depth of analysis and content not widely available from other United
Kingdom news providers".
Does the BBC fulfill its Charter obligation?
Illegal Migration across the Channel has risen sharply. The BBC explanation for this is that the UK is such an attractive place that all the migrants want to come here. The next BBC article is about Black Lives Matter in Britain and the article implies there is a huge problem with racism in the UK.
There is an inconsistency between the BBC reports of the UK being an attractive place for migrants and the UK being the site of rampant racism. Furthermore the BBC suppresses the context of migration from the EU and never covers EU Racism - see: EU Racism is far worse than UK and always suppresses the strides made by the UK relative to other countries in tackling racism.
The BBC also resolutely refuses to mention that the French Navy escorts migrants into British waters. The BBC seems incapable of linking French dumping of people on the UK to get concessions on fishing rights with the same tactic used by Turkey to get EU finance.
The BBC suppresses any mention of overpopulation on this small island when discussing migration. Unsustainable population growth in the UK is driven by migration and it will destroy the British countryside. (See BBC's own Countryfile Magazine - some people at the BBC know there is a problem but it is suppressed).
On Coronavirus the BBC still maintains that the HuaNan fish market in Wuhan was the origin of the pandemic despite a recent statement in Science Magazine by Shi Zhengli, the scientist at the centre of Wuhan bat virus research, saying that: “The Huanan seafood market may just be a crowded location where a cluster of early novel coronavirus patients were found.” This new statement, by a professor of virology with direct knowledge of the investigations of HuaNan market, should not have been suppressed. The BBC is still suppressing the strong evidence that COVID19 was a lab escape and refuses to mention that 1000s of bat viruses were taken to Wuhan and even modified by Shi Zhengli to increase their virulence. The BBC also suppresses the fact that there are two major virology labs in Wuhan and virology labs in China have a bad record of lab escapes. It is still suppressing coverage of the fact that human to human transmission of COVID19 was obvious in mid January when the WHO said publicly that it did not occur and hence precipitated the pandemic.
The BBC has apologised for using the "N Word" when describing an attack on a black man who has given journalists the pseudonym "K Dogg". This whole incident is peculiar because "K Dogg" is an American rap artist. K Dogg uses extremely offensive language but I will not give examples because other people have been fined and sentenced for reproducing these lyrics on-line owing to the fact that they contain versions of the "N Word". The BBC has suppressed all details of the real identity of the attack victim, all details of the real K Dogg and all details of how others were sentenced for simply reproducing K Dogg lyrics.
The BBC broadcast news has resolutely refused any in-depth discussion of the latest Hate Crime laws being introduced in Scotland although these have been covered by the BBC online. According to many responsible observers these laws will be a major step towards ending Free Speech in Scotland.
In the last days of its current Director General, Tony Hall, the BBC is operating by selecting events out of context from the present news and from the whole of British history to mount an attack on British society on behalf of Internationalist and foreign agencies. See Black Lives Matter: A Dangerous Conspiracy?. This is against its Charter and should be stopped.
