There are two main types of organised child sexual abuse and sexual exploitation in Britain. The first is abuse by criminal gangs on the streets and the second is abuse by criminal gangs in the Establishment.
In both types of organised child abuse the abuse creates gang solidarity as well as perverse gratification. In the case of both street and Establishment gangs the abuse gives gang members a hold over other members which allows the gang to be controlled by the gang leaders.
The investigation of organised child abuse has been remarkably defective. Take the report by the Children's Commissioner: If only someone had listened: Office of the Children's Commissioner's Inquiry into Child Sexual Exploitation in Gangs and Groups Final Report. This report carefully avoids any identification of perpetrators by name, avoids criticism of institutions and avoids any breakdown of the social groups involved. The entire report is an obfuscation. Why?
Organised child abuse is difficult for the professionals to investigate because it involves a whole series of "holy cows". About 20% of the children who are abused are resident in Care Homes, undermining the idea of care in the community, a large proportion of street abuse is perpetrated by muslim gangs, undermining the idea of racial equality, organised child abuse involves police collusion or negligence, undermining the police, and Establishment abuse threatens careers and undermines professional integrity. These holy cows are ideological problems within the professional classes who deal with children. The Social Sciences are taught from the perspective of socialist ideology and when confronted with the failure of this ideology the Social Scientists become blind.
Perhaps the worst problem for Social Scientists and Social Workers is that career progression depends upon patronage and this patronage depends upon being ideologically suitable (See When will Governments React to Discrimation in Sociology and Social Science Departments?). If your career depends on patronage there is no way that you will attack the Establishment, the hand that feeds you. If you are a barking mad left winger there is no way that you will understand that if the prophet married a nine year old and said that female unbelievers have the same status as slaves it could cause a problem amongst the prophet's followers.
If you are a Child Commissioner there is no way that you will focus on your employers and if you are a politician there is no way that you will attack paedophile gangs in the media and especially in the BBC.
Which brings us to the BBC. The BBC has produced a whole string of articles over the past few months that have attempted to divert attention away from Establishment abuse and calling into question the whole idea of an inquiry into Establishment abuse? Why? We now know that Jimmy Saville was not alone but very few people have been prosecuted. Is there a gang in the BBC? Is that gang controlled by criminality?
The new Inquiry Chairperson is New Zealander Justice Goddard. The New Zealand publication NBR says of Goddard:
"The longest-serving High Court judge, Justice Goddard - a chum of Chief Justice Elias and part of the Wellington girls’ elite - was concerned in 2010 about unconfirmed reports emanating from high circles in Wellington she was lining herself up for the job of governor-general.
Stories circulated at a time Justice Goddard launched a IPCA national inquiry into the police handling of child abuse cases – seen by some as an ambitious mirror of Justice [later Dame] Silvia Cartwright’s inquiry into cervical screening at National Women’s Hospital.
Wellington insiders felt there was a perception Justice Goddard may have been on a personal crusade to make a high-profile for herself in order to land the plum vice-regal job.
Justice Goddard played a second-fiddle lawyer working on Justice Cartwright’s 1987/88 inquiry.
Justice Cartwright became New Zealand’s second female governor-general in 2001.
How she peeved off police
Police expressed concern in 2010 at Justice Goddard’s attitude to policing, especially the use of tasers, how sex abuse cases were handled, her call for police to be drug and alcohol tested and her crackdown on high speed police pursuits.
At the time Police Association president Greg O’Connor said police were disturbed Justice Goddard’s criticism of them was “inevitable” and said the IPCA was “out of touch with the realities of policing”.
So, as long as she has not taken the Chairperson job to get influence in the UK Establishment to help her become the next Governor General of New Zealand she looks pretty good.... In fact Limey Bashing might get her publicity at home as well as the GG's job and serve the UK well. Don't be seduced by the British Establishment Ms Goddard - just kill the rats, the GG's job will be yours if you succeed because the folk back home will love you.
