Occupy, Brazilian Riots and the Nutty New World Order

The BBC and many other media sources say that no-one really knows what the Brazilians and the Occupy movement are protesting about.

The journalists cannot find a clear message from these protests.  The reason that Occupy and the Brazilians seem confused, and even incomprehensible, is that they believe wholeheartedly in globalization yet are unwittingly protesting against their own beliefs.  The people are protesting about the consequences of their own beliefs.

The people support globalisation but everything good is local not global.  Good schools, good health services, a sustainable economy,  a pleasant environment, employment near home so that you do not need to disturb your whole family when you change jobs: these are all local.  You need local politicians with real power - with sovereignty - to provide these things.

Contrast the local with the international, consider the fruits of globalisation: banksters, corrupt politicians bribed by banks and multinationals, oil wars,  corporate tax evasion, massive movements of labour to swamp the job market and overcrowd your country and global warming.  The bad things that leave us powerless are global.

The simple truth is that a generation has been raised to believe that globalization is a "good thing" when it is obviously bad.   This false belief is the creation of the globalised media and it is supported by large corporations, by megastates like the EU, China and USA and by International Socialists (SWP) and postmarxists.

Moderate international trade and exchange of people and culture is a good thing but rampant globalization is evil and greedy or part of the dystopian dream of the lunatic left.  It is time to reject the idea of a labour force swilling around the world like locusts to be employed by multinationals that squeeze the land and people for every drop of resource.  We need a world of peaceful, sustainable nations cooperating and trading moderately not this manic pillaging of the globe and its people.

The centre of the globalizing tendency in the UK is the BBC, home of the "World Service" and internationalism.   BBC journalists and senior executives should be picketed and pursued until they understand that they are creating mayhem.  Whether you are unemployed, poor, support Occupy, are green, a small or medium sized business,  EDL or Moslem, it is the continuous agitation by the BBC for globalisation that is creating the problems you confront.  It is the BBC that campaigns for a globalised world, from the free movement of labour through the building of megastates like the EU to the unwanted interference in foreign lands.  It is the BBC News that creates the impression of the "centre" ground in the UK and it's employees are such ardent supporters of globalisation that they are unaware of their prejudice.  The independent media follow the lead of the BBC and the politicians play into this artificial "centre" ground.

The BBC is deeply implicated in the social changes in the UK - see BBC Attitudes.

The Falklands have always been Argentine - Las Malvinas son Argentinas

"The Falklands have always been Argentine" is taught to every Argentine child as a matter of faith.  What was Argentina during the time when it "always" possessed Las Malvinas?  In this article I will trace the history of Argentina in the context of its physical and political relationship with "Las Malvinas", the Falkland Islands.  The Argentine claim to the Falkland Islands dates from a brief episode in 1831-32 so it is like Canada claiming the USA despite two centuries of separate development. This might sound like ancient history but Argentina has gone to war for this ancient claim so the following article is well worth reading. For a summary of the legal case see: Las Malvinas: The Legal Case Argentina traces its origins to Spanish South America when it was part of the Viceroyalty of the Rio del Plata.  The Falklands lay off the Viceroyalty of Peru, controlled by the Captain General of Chile.  In 1810 the Falklands were far from the geographical b...

Do Muslim women want to wear the Burka (Burqua)?

Do all islamic women want to wear burka?  Can a woman's freedom to wear what she wants oppress other women?  Are western feminists aiding a cult that is dedicated to the destruction of feminism?  I hope to answer these questions in this article.  I would much appreciate any comments you might have if you disagree with the article, especially if you have a feminist viewpoint. Here is a description of the problems of wearing burka by a woman of Asian origin: "Of course, many veiled Muslim women argue that, far from being forced to wear burkas by ruthless husbands, they do so out of choice. And I have to take them at their word. But it is also very apparent that many women are forced behind the veil. A number of them have turned up at my door seeking refuge from their fathers, mothers, brothers and in-laws - men brain-washed by religious leaders who use physical and mental abuse to compel the girls to cover up. It started with the headscarf, then went to th...

The Roots of New Labour

This article was written in 2009 but is still useful to understand the motivation behind New Labour - from the global financial crisis through the over-regulated, surveillance society to the break up of the UK into nationalities. The past lives of Labour Ministers have long been sanitised and many biographies that include their shady communist and Marxist pasts are inaccessible or removed from the net. The truth about these guys is similar to discovering that leading Tories were members of the Nazi Party. If you are a British voter and do not think that this is important then I despair for British politics.  Had these people taken jobs in industry their past might be forgotten and forgiven but they continued in left wing politics and even today boast of being "Stalinist" or International Socialist (or in Blair's case, Trotskyist ). Peter Mandelson (first Secretary of State and Labour Supremo): "Mr Mandelson was born into a Labour family - his grandfather wa...
